Eggs have gotten a bad rap the last several years. In fact, when we quit buying cereal for a healthier option, I was questioned on whether eating eggs were really healthier.
I knew they were high in protein and I believed they were so much better then processed cereal, but I didn’t have anything to back that up.
Eggs are synonymous with cholesterol. The good (HDL) and the bad (LDL). And that’s often the concern I hear when I tell people we eat eggs nearly every morning.
